The Center has modern facilities that include research and service laboratories, including one for diagnostics of plant pathognes and diseases accredited with the standard norm UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 , greenhouses, and an experimental vineyard.

In the Plant Pathology and Plant Protection sector there are 5 university professors and around 30 PhD students, research fellows, consultants, technicians, collaborators (with an average age of around 31 years) who collaborate in carrying out an average of 25 ongoing research projects every year .
Agroinnova is based on the University campus of Grugliasco (Turin).
